Hi everyone! I missed last weeks post- it was Yellowstone week, so I have some info I need to share with you. First thing I need to tell you about is a program that I have been working hard on!I leave for the Fitness Convention in Aug- which means its time to step things up a notch! I started to put together a program for myself, and decided to share it, as I know many of you are wanting to do the same! So here is the deal.Its a 3 week HARD challenge. I'm going to charge 50 dollars for this. Now before you go thinking that's a lot- let me explain. I want each person who decides they want to do this to be accountable to themselves, as well as me, and knowing you paid for it helps, but the 50 dollars covers much more. Here's what you will be signing up for...I will be taking belly shots..yep belly shots! I will take a picture of your entire belly!I will take one at the beginning of the challenge, and the end. I will measure at the start, and at the end of the challenge.I will be providing you with my "whole" packet challenge , and will be giving you 3 tue night classes at 7pm for 3 weeks in a row, to provide the extra "butt kick" needed for this challenge. You will be weighing weekly, and giving me food journals weekly.If food journal is not turned in, you agree to "special" terms..which trust me will not make you feel "special". This packet and price is not to be shared, as each person will be agreeing and participating individually to all terms of the program as my clients.I don't care if there is 4 of us doing this, or 12, or just me..I'm doing it! You will need to pay and begin challenge on wed. I will do weight and pics, and that day and eve in 10 min sessions- that you will need to sign up for.I will need to know mon or tue, if you plan to do this. It will start this wed the 17th, and go until the 6th. Ok- on to the next event! I always do a boot camp in July, and its usually my last summer one until fall. I am thinking I Need to do it the last week starting on the 29th of July..however I know July is a busy traveling month for some of you, and I have some out for surgery..so for now I need to get feedback to see if we have enough people around to do this boot camp!I have some fun ideas for this camp- but in order to do a full boot camp that week I would need at least 8 people..so as soon as you read this post, please just shoot me a quick text with a yes or a no, and I can decide! This camp would start at 7pm every night. If you have signed up for the 3 week challenge, then you will have already paid for the tue class, and will get a discount in your boot camp fees. As soon as I get a reply from everyone I will make a post if it will be a go or not. If you have any questions, please feel free to talk with me!Whew..that was a lot of info.
