Craving something sweet, but don't want to de-rail your diet?


6oz. low sugar non fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup blueberies
1/2 cup honeydew or strawberries

Mix first three ingredients together, and dip your fruit in it! Delicious!!

Yay for those who did the Ogden Marathon! Angie and Morgan did the relay, and actually really enjoyed it! Lindsay did the full in like 4hours 19 min, and her hubby Bret did it in like 3 hours 52 min( can't remember the exact). Morgans husband( Andy) did it in 5:09. Congrats to you all!!!

I hate it when I need to get my ugly stick out on you guys....
Please remember to bring your full size towel, and a seperate one for sweat please!!! I really can't bend on this anymore!! If you are a huge sweat person, you will need one for the benches and mats, one full size as your sweat catch on the floor, and a small one for your forehead and face!!! Yes, sweat is what we do here! We love sweat!! However, in order to keep germs out, and keep it sanitary for all gym users...please make sure you are prepared!!

I have been getting texts from many of you who are excited for the next boot camp! I can't wait either! Summer boot camps are so much fun!!! xoxoxo

Packaged foods are always hard to understand sometimes. Will they make you store fat or burn it? If you subtract the fiber and protein from the total number of carbohydrates on a label, the total should be ten or less. The lower the number the better! Hope this helps you make some wise decisions!

I heard today that CLIF drinks are better for you than gatorade for replenishing yourself on a long run or long workout. It does not have food coloring in it, therefore it is easier for the liver to process. Thought I would pass that info along.....
