Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We had fun at the annual turkey trot! Don't forget that if you are choosing to sign up for the December challenge it starts on Thursday! It should be alot of fun and hopefully motivating! I will post points weekly. If you are paying for my specific workout plan for December you will need to pay your 15$ at your packet pick-up. This will be given out at your scheduled training session. I just finished Military Testing scores..I am so excited! Everyone but 2 people( sorry)  went up in scores or changed their rank! This was a great testing for me as your trainer! You are getting stronger, and it really shows! Thanks for a great testing! I know many of you dread it, but actually, I only had a few complain this time! Many of you vowed to remain positive and I really appreciate that! Positive attitudes= Positive Results! I am so grateful to have you all as my clients and friends!

We had a great " girls night out"  on Friday.  Including a pic of us! Don't we look happy after our twilight movie??

Our Thanksgiving turkey trot will start at 8 am. We will meet in the church parking lot! Yes, its free! All you have to bring is your energy! There will be 2 distances to choose from! Its going to be a great great Thanksgiving Day!!

I will be handing out our Christmas challenge sheets next week. We will start the challenge on Dec 1st. I hope you do it! If you are wanting my specific workout program for the month.. it will be  15 dollars and must be paid next week when you pick up the challenge info. I will need to know by friday if you plan to do your own or if you will be wanting to purchase a month workout from me. This way I know how many to take to the printer and have printed! As always, Keep on moving! Keep your goals in sight!

Don't forget about our turkey trot coming up on Thanksgiving morning! What a great day to begin a holiday! We will also be doing a fun workout contest for the month of December to help keep away the holiday pounds! More to come soon. Military testing is finally over..I know you are so thrilled. I should have scores posted by next week! There were a few that really knocked it out of the park. I was so impressed!

Lets take this holiday season and celebrate the spirit of Christ with our family and friends. Lets remember just because all our neighbors are bringing plates of cookies..we don't have to eat them!! When our days are full of shopping and partys..we still have time to exercise.!~ Egg nog will.. in fact.. make those jeans a little more snug! Focus on a goal and stick with it! Now is a great time to plan something to work towards! In charge of taking something to a holiday party? vegetable tray! Excuses are always just an excuse!. Positive will always win negative! .and yes, I still believe in Santa!!

HARD BOIL 6 EGGS, SCOOP OUT THE YOLK..SO IT JUST LEAVES THE EGG WHITES PART.
TAKE A SPPONFUL OF COTTAGE CHEESE AND FILL. SPRINKLE WITH SALAD SUPREME, OR PUT A DOLLUP OF SALSA ON TOP. DELICIOUS!! STORE IN THE FRIDGE AS HARDBOILED EGGS. DON'T SCOOP OUT THE YOLK UNTIL SNACK TIME, THAT WAY EVERYTHING TASTES FRESHLY PREPARED.

Congratulations to Dallice who ran her first half marathon in 2hrs 59 min! Way to go!
