Going to post some pictures from Ragnar! We had alot of fun! got to see some interesting people and costumes! This is what I learned..I'm to old to stay awake for 2 days without any sleep..never take 800mg of advil on a empty stomach..and what happens in the Ragnar van, stays in the ragnar van!! Big thanks to Marianne, and Corrine who were our volunteers!! Corinne has done this for us for 3 years now! Thanks so much!!




BOOT CAMP starts next monday! Arrive at my house between 6-6:30 am for weigh ins and to sign-up and get packets!! If you can get 3 people who come with you..you get free boot camp! If you get 2 people to come, you get 25$ off! The fees are as follows: 85$ for the whole week, 70$ for 3 days, 45$ for 2. Its cheapier to come for the weeek! If you pay for the whole week, you get a bonus boot camp class. This will be held at 8pm, on July 12th! I will need to know the week before, if you can make the bonus class! We will do biggest loser weigh ins on sat at 7- 7:30 am. I plan on pushing you hard and expect you all to lose!!! If you have any questions at all, please feel free to call me!

I KNOW MANY OF YOU FOLLOW THE BLOG...HOW COME i ONLY HAVE 13 FOLLOWERS?? SERIOUSLY?? THATS ALMOST EMBERASSING...COME ON PEEPS!
2 WEEKS FROM TOMORROW IS BOOT CAMP!! HOW FUN IS THAT GOING TO BE? DON'T ANSWER THAT! HA HA. READY TO BURN SOME SERIOUS CALORIES???? YOU READY TO GO WHERE NO ONE ELSE HAS DARED TO GO?? OK, DON'T ANSWER THAT EITHER. JUST SHOW UP, AND LETS DO THIS THING!!!

THIS FRIDAY IS RAGNAR...GO TEAM ADRENALINE! WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST!

KATIE RAN HER FIRST HALF MARATHON..SHE DID IT IN 3 HRS 30 MIN, AND FINISHED WITH A FOOT INJURY! JUST WANT TO TELL HER WAY TO GO..ITS HARD TO MAKE YOURSELF FINISH WHEN YOUR INJURED.

ANGIE MOVED AWAY, BUT I AM STILL TRAINING HER FROM AFAR...THROUGH PHONE, E-MAILS, AND A PERSONAL DAILY PROGRAM. SHE HAS NOT MISSED A DAY YET, AND IS DOING AWESOME!!

I love it when I get to be part of something big...This weekend Jan rode 50 miles in her first ever bike ride! She started having knee problems and she felt crushed that she should really not be running. I told her to tap into her strength. Don't focus on what you can't do but focus on what you can! I told her I wanted her to sign up for a bike ride, so she could work towards something. I have seen her on a bike...WOW! She is a strong biker. So what did she do?? She actually thanked me, and made a promise to me that she would. Well...she surprised me and signed up for a 50 miler, and rode the whole thing..with a ton of up hills! So proud of her! Ruth ran her first 10k with us on sat! Her happiness and her sense of pride that day was infectious! Sybil ran her first half marathon. She worked hard for about 3 months getting her distance up. We drove the route and found her and cheered her on! First time races are always something you will never forget. Ruth ran her 10 k in 1 hour 18min..Sybil ran hers in 3 hours 10 min! Kristen, Melody and I ran the 10 k.Melody was a last minute surprise! Yay! Kristen and I have done so many races together, that it feels as natural to have her there as it is my i-pod. I did 58 min, Kristen 1hr 10 min, and Melody 1hr 1 min. On a different note... I am lucky lucky to be married to such a great guy. He never misses my races! His support always goes even further than me though..he is always there to help and support all my clients as well! Boot camps or races he is always there..and I feel really lucky!

Ok lets get the business stuff out of the way..MILITARY TESTING will be held the first and second week of July. I'm letting you know now so you can work on your weakness and make them oh so strong! After a week of boot camp I am hoping you will be sitting pretty good!Keep in mind that many of you want to be pushed. Here are some of the changes:
Timed mile and half ( scoring on this will be tough)
Timed situps( all the way up) you have 2 min but if you stop at anytime your done!
Timed pushups( must go all the way down to touch my item of choice with a 90 degree bend) this will go 2 min and you can stop during the 2 min.
Timed jump rope( 1 min)
This testing will take place 1st week of July!!
ANNIES TOTAL BODY FITNESS TESTING>>>>>>> this one will take place second week of July:

Timed treadmill half mile... must be done in 4 min( 35 and younger) 4:30(35 and above)
disc mountain climbers( 1 min)
Weighted squats( 1min)
pullups( new version) 1 min
shoulder press( 1 min) if you stop your done
bicep curls( 1 min) if you stop your done
Tricep feet out dips( 30 sec)
around the block: 2 min 30 sec( 35 and below) 2 min 50( 35 and above)
burpees( 1 min)

OH THE FUN THE FUN!!!!

Kristen, Annie and Ruth are running a 10k this sat...whoot whoot! Jan is doing a 50 mile bike ride this sat..pedal to the medal and good good luck! Sybil is doing her first half marathon!Make us proud! Going to try to get pics for all of these! Look for times and pics to be posted soon. As always...Keep going strong and healthy!!!!
