Hope everyones Thanksgiving was wonderful! It is always nice to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Hopefully you all enjoyed your meals---and kept your deserts within reasonable amounts! We started off with a turkey trot. It was so nice to start the day running. After the turkey trot I did Trivia questions throughout the day to just those who attended the trot. They had 2 min to answer my question, and the first person with the right answer won! I gave away free training and bootcamps. I have to say it was fun!! Every question had to deal with fitness and nutrition, except for the last question of the day....  What is my middle name, my husband shortens it ,and calls me by this all the time???  The answers were pretty funny!! My middle name is Rebecca, but my husband calls me Reba! He rarely calls me Annie! Ruth guessed Ruby, and Stephanie guessed Rose- which had me rolling in laughter! Corinne won it though! She guessed it right!! Oh it was a very enjoyable day! Thanks Mike for being our photographer again!! See u all next week!

Its hard to believe the wedding is over!  I think almost everyone of you came. Thank you for being part of such a special day! I cant wait to post some pics. Still waiting for the cd from the photographer. The whole day was magical.

Please send me a text and let me know if you will be coming to the turkey trot. Its such a fun way to start the day.

Every December I do some sort of a challenge for Christmas, and this year we are too! It will start on December 3rd, and end on December 23rd. Oh and don't think its over after that. January is a big month for resolutions and re-newing fitness goals. We have some hard work ahead of us!

Time for a couple shout outs***
* Corinne has kept her weight off and down since last boot camp! I am very proud of her and how hard she has worked to do this!
*Teri is only 2 points away from making the Army( truthfully I think she would of if her arms were not so sore from a previous workout with me). Congrats on your strength and hard work!
* Daryl will be testing for Marines next...Amazing he is!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU ALL!

Oh yeah...and dont forget about our annual turkey trot on Thanksgiving morning!!!! Good way to burn some calories before the big feast!! I will need to know the week before if you plan to attend!
How was everyones Halloweeen? Hope you dont have lots of candy left over! Give it away if you do! Remember your goals and how far you have come, and all that sugar will do is ruin your hard work!

Thanks  Sybil and Sharon for the wipes for the gym!

I put in for a team of 10 for the Ogden Half and we got in! Yay! Those who are doing the 5k, hurry and sign up! Then you have a goal!

I still need to military test a few of you! I will work on the scores that I have this weekend!

Hannah gets married next weekend! I cant believe it! From the day she was born and all the way up to now...everytime she got hurt or was in pain, I would get sick! When she was 4 and cut her lip open and needed stitches, I had to be put on the gurney because I was so ill. When I needed to change a bandage or clean her blood, I would want to throw up. When she had surgery on her shoulder and had to go to physical therapy, I fainted in the office!Everything I have been through with her and she is "accident prone", nothing prepared me for the hurt I would feel of her leaving the house! I have had a rough go of it! She is so happy and has grown to be such a great person, that it is bitter sweet! I am grateful for exercise as it has helped me release some of my anxiety and emotions during this time. I am grateful to have the best friends ever, who bring "sunny" into days, and have helped me so much as I forge through these emotions!

You are all invited to the wedding and reception if you would like to come!
