12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS:::::: This is a idea I had. Lets do 12 days of christmas fitness days! Thats right! 12 days of a fitness program that I give to you. You should have a partner. Should be somebody who lives close to you and works out at the same time as you..if you workout in the morning, then you need a morning partner. The goal is you have to workout with your partner 4 days out of the 12! Easy right?? The other days can just be like quick texts or a quick call to check on your partner. Remind them that as this season gets busy, we still have to make time for ourselves! You have to follow the 12 day program..just as it is set!!Pick a fun little name for your team, and we will blog about it! Need a partner, I can line you up with another client. I am going to charge for this..the cost will be 10$ per person. It will need to be paid in cash seperate from your training session payments. I will take this money and give it to a family that we are helping this year for Christmas! It will go to a good cause, and your fitness will benefit! You need to be commited..you don't want to be a loser and let down your team mate! If you decide to take part of this JOLLY GOOD time, please let me know and bring me your 10$. It will start on December 12th, and go to Christmas Eve!!!

Hope everyones Thanksgiving was great! We had a very nice day, and have so much to be thankful for! Of course the response I got from everyone about the tukey trot...made us decide to make a decision to cancel it. Hopefully next year! Kristen and I have ran together for 5 years in a row now on Thanksgiving morning. We had to follow the trend..and ran for a hour on the treadmills! I honestly can't say it was FUN!! I would of much rather been outside! I'm hoping you all got up and did some workin out to burn those calories!

Congratulations to Melody, Angie and Ruth for making all 3 weeks at 200 popints! These guys should be your heros! It is dang hard to follow a plan perfectly for 3 weeks! Brent and Sybil almost made it too! Some of you I feel did not take it serious or really apply yourself to the challenge. Next time we do a challenge, I win't let those who are not serious sign up! We had some big weight losses through this! That is so exciting!

TURKEY TROT>>>> It is going to be cold cold cold! So bundle up and come warm up with some running and burn some calories before the big meal! We always have a good time. This year we will be doing a 4 mile and a 5.5 mile. We will start at 8:30, but meet in the church parking lot at 8:20 so we can take pictures for the blog! Casey can you make us our turkey trot papers again?? Thanks

I know alot of you have lost weight on our challenge already..and its so exciting!A few have lost some big numbers already! Brent- 10 pounds Steve- 7 pounds Angie- 7 pounds Morgan- 6 pounds most everyone else around 3-4 pounds! Its really awesome! If you have been following it closely and have not lost weight, stick with it. It's teaching you how to eat clean! If you don't have alot of weight to lose your loss may be slower, and thats ok! The challenge is already half way over!!
I will not be training on the wed afternoon or eve of Thanksgiving. I will be opening up a few slots in the morning in groups of 4. I am some of you already signed upin one of the three slots. If you want to get in a slot..call me. Don't forget our turkey trot on Thanksgiving morning! We will have 2 different distances to choose from.

It was really hard not to text those who forgot..but it is part of the rules and I told everyone I would hold to it!! I did wait until 7:15 girls!!Although my blog will show it to be a little earlier, because it clocks when I actually started the blog write up. Thats a hour and fifteen minutes past the deadline! On Halloween night when Lindsay came over..she said she had no family here but her step dad and me and Jon! I have thought about that so many times since she said that! I could not have been told a nicer thing! So thank you Lindsay for those wonderful words!!

I have quite a few clients who are down on weight already! Alice has lost 5 pounds following the diet in 1 week!!! Brent is down a couple, Nicki has lost a few pounds...it really pays off to clean eat!! If you are not doing as well as you would like...Hit it hard this week! Lets see what you can do!!!

Good morning all you clean eaters! Here is the decision for points. Those that eat clean the 6 days a week, with only one cheat meal, get their 100 points! Those who mess up get ten points a day on the days they eat perfect. This gives the advantage of points to those who follow this perfect!! Exercise points still stay the same! Don't forget to text your points to me or you get a zero! We don't want that!!

I know what failure is. The only time I love to reach failure is when I'm weight lifting to failure..now thats a good feeling..but failure on day 1 of the challenge! Not so good! I did NOT sign up for the challenge, but yet vowed I would be supportive to all you dear clients.. and try right along with you. See I eat really pretty clean almost all the time, but if I tell myself I am on a diet..it works the opposite for me!Actually its not my fault at all for my failure(thanks alot Jan!).During the evening I had received word that 5 other clients are now to failures..seriously? It's only day 1! lol. Which brings up the point that now we all have zeros for the whole week. Which I am completely fine with, but now we all can eat whatever we want because now we have zero's! See what I mean?? So I am thinking we need a change. My failures have requested that they earn points daily..but those that are doing awesome may want to stick to the rules and stick with the 50 point weekly plan? If we do it a new way.. I will allow 10 points daily for perfect eating, up to 70 points a week, for all 7 days. If you get 70 points though, that would mean you opted out of a free meal, and earned a extra ten.What do you think???? I will make a decision after I have heard from at least ten people! So text me with your thoughts!And for those who had awesome eating today..just remember how you will look and feel in 3 weeks if you stick with this!! I will get back to you all soon!!! Thanks!
