BOOT CAMP BOOT CAMP BOOT CAMP BOOT CAMP..YEAH BABY YEAH BABY YEAH BABY. BRING IT ON! I WILL TRY TO MAKE YOUR WISHES COME TRUE.. Kristen has begged me for horsey..Sybil has requested that we keep up at it for hours..and Corinne would like a full hour dedicated to sprints!! I know what your thinking..this is going to be the time of your life!!!! Ha! Monday April 29th from 5:50 am to 6:10 am sign ups and boot camp weigh ins. Please bring your boot camp fees that morning so I don't have to deal with money during boot camp. After you pay, you will get your weekly boot camp packet with all your details, and your food journal. Biggest loser will be based of bf% to make it fair to all. Next full boot camp will be free!If you cant make the early am weigh in..please contact me so that I may weigh you before we start on Monday eve!!All boot camp nights will start at 6 pm. I would like to start friday evening a little early..but will decide that after speaking with each friday night participant.The weather looks like it should be great. **please note that no refunds will be given in the event of bad or rainy weather. We do boot camp rain or shine! Cant wait to see you on Monday..bring your team spirit and your desire to be the biggest loser!!

Hi!! first things first..Lindsay had her baby on sat morning around 6:30 am. Her water broke Friday evening while at dinner! She weighed 7lbs 4 oz. Her name is Maci Paige and she is a beauty!!Congrats to them!! I have included pics for your sheer enjoyment!! (will post at bottom)** On another note we had our long team run on sat and we all ran the full amount of our 10 1/2 miles and in the rain!!What a great group I have!! It was actually wonderful! Jon finished at the exact same time as me..I was so proud!! We have boot camp that starts next week! We will start every night at 6pm!I will post more details to you on thurs of this week, so check back!! Hope you are all prepping for military testing..it will begin the week after boot camp!! Thank you Sybil for your donation of wipes..Always appreciated as we go through so many!! Welcome back Lynette..so nice to have you back and ready to work hard again!! Going through some old files of clients tonight really brought back a refreshing view of how far some of you have come! I realized that even I had forgotten some of you were so much heavier or troubled with health issues. I am so focused on continually propelling you forward and my eye is always on the goal, that I realized that I had completely forgot the "old" you. I am so proud of you guys for the "forward" and "positive" lifestyle changes that you have made. Many of you will move mountains to be here and not miss, and I want you to know that does not go un-noticed! I actually am glad I took the time to go through each clients folders tonight and see where each of you are!! If you are still wanting to make big strides and need a good push- then please don't forget to let me know about boot camp by tomorrow. Just shoot me a text and let me know if you are wanting to come. I will see if we have enough interest to hold one. It will start on April 29th at each evening and will probably start around the 6:00ish time. The full week is 85...75 for 4.. or 65 for 3. Each night is always at least a hour- but plan to go longer. Next sat is our team run 10 /2 miles! We start at 8:20 and will meet on the church corner! Its going to be a exciting time at the Ogden Half. There is 10 of us going in as a group.. I'm really proud of you guys. Mike and Colette are in Moab right now. He sent me a pic of him running along the Colorado river this week, which I am posting for your enjoyment!........ My favorite thing post of this week is..(drum roll please)..... Quaker Steel cut oats! Quaker has come out with a steel cut oatmeal and its pretty darn good! If you have the time to cook some up in the mornings( it does take longer than normal oatmeal) it is a great and healthy alternative to the quick oats!! Keep your eye on the prize..and keep "positive" and "forward" movement in your life!!

I promised to share with you some of my favorite things. I couldn't get my salad dressing to post last week. I did a re take on the pic and have my fingers crossed it will work tonight. My new favorite thing is the UBER BAR made by lara bar. My favorite is the roasted nut roll. It has only 14 grams of carbs and only 7 grams of sugar and is great to keep in your purse or in the car if you need something! Its really satisfying and it tastes delicious. No GMO'S AND NO GLUTEN EITHER! I HAVE INCLUDED THE PIC! TIME TO GO OVER SOME IMPORTANT DATES. (APRIL 20TH)IS TEAM RUN FOR OGDEN HALF. WE ARE DOING 10.5 MILES! WE WILL START TOGETHER AT THE CHURCH CORNER AT 8:20 AM. I AM PLANNING ON DOING A SPRING BOOT CAMP THAT WILL START ON( APRIL 29TH) AND WILL GO EVERY EVE THAT WEEK. I WILL NEED AT LEAST 8-10 PEOPLE- THEREFORE I WILL NEED YOU TO RESPOND TO ME BY APRIL 15TH- SO I CAN MAKE THAT DECISION AND BEGIN TO PLAN. THE PERSON WHO LOSES THE MOST PERCENTAGE OF BF LOSS WILL WIN THE NEXT BOOT CAMP FOR FREE. I WOULD LIKE TO PUSH HARD THAT WEEK AND START MILITARY TESTING ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY MAY THE 6TH!!TRAINING SCHEDULES WILL CHANGE THAT WEEK BASED UPON WHAT GROUP I PUT YOU WITH. I LIKE TO PAIR CERTAIN PEOPLE TOGETHER FOR THE SUPPORT AND PUSH THAT COMES FROM A GROUP SETTING. EVERYONE WILL TEST!!!!!!! EVERYONE!! ****HANNAH IS HAVING A PAMPERED CHEF PARTY AND HAS ASKED ME TO LEAVE A PAMPERED CHEF BOOKLET IN THE GYM FOR ANY OF YOU WHO MAY BE INTERSETED IN BUYING SOMETHING FROM HER.SHE IS TRYING TO EARN ENOUGH POINTS TO GET SOME MUCH NEEDED ITEMS FOR HER KITCHEN. OK HERE ARE MY WEEKLY SHOUT OUTS-- **CORINNE-- LAST BOOT CAMP SHE HIT HER LOWEST WEIGHT AND HAS REALLY WORKED HARD TO STAY THERE.SHE HAS DONE SO WELL! SHE TEXTS ME ALMOST EVERY SINGLE WEEK AFTER HER WORKOUTS AND THANKS ME FOR A GREAT HARD WORKOUT. SHE IS SO GRATEFUL! EVERY TIME I GET HER TEXT IT MAKES ME SMILE. HER GRATITUDE AND HARD WORK HERE IS SO APPRECIATED AND IT IS PAYING OFF FOR HER.*** I HAVE TO THROW DARYL IN THIS WEEK. HE IS AT HIS LOWEST WEIGHT AND HE TAKES EVERY CHALLENGE I GIVE HIM. HE IS VERY MUSCULAR AND IS IN GREAT SHAPE!!**** NICKI--- HER AND I TEXT ALOT, AND I TELL YA I LOVE THIS GIRL! SHE HAS BEEN WORKING REALLY HARD. HER GOAL IS TO GET 4 DAYS A WEEK OF WORKING OUT IN- AND SHE HAS BEEN DOING REALLY WELL. SHE HAS 2 SMALL KIDS AT HOME AND A HUBBY WHO WORKS ALOT AND SHE HAS BEEN REALLY GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO GET THOSE 4 DAYS IN. I'M PROUD OF HER!! YOU GUYS ARE ALL GREAT!! BIG THANKS TO LINDSAY AND MELODY FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BABIES(DOGS) WHILE I WAS AWAY!TERI IS HEADED TO HAWAII AND KRISTEN IS RETURNING FROM PARIS...MAN AREN'T WE JEALOUS?? KEEP WORKING HARD!! START PRACTICING THOSE PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS!!
