CHALLENGERS CHALLENGERS CHALLENGERS-- WHEW HAS THIS BEEN HARD! PROBABLY THE MOST AWESOME THING IS..ITS WORKING! EVERY SINGLE PERSON IT IS WORKING!! THIS WAS SOMETHING I RESEARCHED AND WORKED ON AND PUT THOUGHT INTO..AND IT'S ONLY SOMETHING I AM SHARING TO YOU WHO TRAIN WITH ME WEEKLY..YOU WHO SHOW UP EVERY WEEK AND POUR YOUR BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS ( depending on who you ask, there may be blood, and tears..lol) INTO YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS! I THINK EVERYONE IS ENJOYING THE WORK OUT SPLITS. THE EXACT FOOD PROGRAM IS ALSO WORKING REALLY WELL! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU ALL!! I SAY THAT WITH COMPLETE HONESTY AND I AM SO HAPPY FOR HOW FAR YOU ALL HAVE COME. THIS TUE EVE IS OUR SECOND "CHALLENGERS" WORKOUT, WITH 1 MORE REMAINING AFTER THAT!I HAVE FILLED SOME EXTRA TRAINING SLOTS THIS WEEK, AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AND TRAINING YOU HARD! ...THANK YOU CORINNE FOR DONATING WIPES TO THE GYM..(Have you seen Corinne lately?? wow!) Happy week of the 24th to all!! The day off for most is always so nice! The challenge is going really well, and everyone seems to be losing and feeling great!I cant wait to weigh everyone tomorrow and see how it is going! I know several are already down at least 3!!Keep up the hard work! I really wanted to do a boot camp starting on the 29th week..It's a hard month as several are gone on vacation, or can only make a few days! I have decided to do some "extra" training time instead! I will do some boot camp style slots, and will post the sign up sheet in the gym! If you stick to your regular training schedule with me, and sign up for some of the extras, you could really make it a boot camp week! I promise to push boot camp style hard!! Those that signed up for the challenge are already signed up for the tue eve at 7pm, anyone else can still sign up for just the class with us that night if interested! This will also be the last week of the challenge, so the extra push will be fantastic in trimming up the belly!****Melody has had her eye surgery and is resting and healing..and we will be glad when she makes it back! Sybil is also still healing, and actually came back last week for 1/2 hour upper body! So proud of her! Did anyone try the muscle building banana bread?? I made it..but I must admit the consistency of it is sorta freaking me out! Not sure I want to try it!! Its about the cleanest eating recipe for banana bread I have ever seen..I'm just waiting for someone else to try it first!! lol! You guys are so fun to train!!Cant wait to come back from the fitness conference refreshed and ready to pull some new things out of my hat!! Have a safe holiday!

Hi everyone! I missed last weeks post- it was Yellowstone week, so I have some info I need to share with you. First thing I need to tell you about is a program that I have been working hard on!I leave for the Fitness Convention in Aug- which means its time to step things up a notch! I started to put together a program for myself, and decided to share it, as I know many of you are wanting to do the same! So here is the deal.Its a 3 week HARD challenge. I'm going to charge 50 dollars for this. Now before you go thinking that's a lot- let me explain. I want each person who decides they want to do this to be accountable to themselves, as well as me, and knowing you paid for it helps, but the 50 dollars covers much more. Here's what you will be signing up for...I will be taking belly shots..yep belly shots! I will take a picture of your entire belly!I will take one at the beginning of the challenge, and the end. I will measure at the start, and at the end of the challenge.I will be providing you with my "whole" packet challenge , and will be giving you 3 tue night classes at 7pm for 3 weeks in a row, to provide the extra "butt kick" needed for this challenge. You will be weighing weekly, and giving me food journals weekly.If food journal is not turned in, you agree to "special" terms..which trust me will not make you feel "special". This packet and price is not to be shared, as each person will be agreeing and participating individually to all terms of the program as my clients.I don't care if there is 4 of us doing this, or 12, or just me..I'm doing it! You will need to pay and begin challenge on wed. I will do weight and pics, and that day and eve in 10 min sessions- that you will need to sign up for.I will need to know mon or tue, if you plan to do this. It will start this wed the 17th, and go until the 6th. Ok- on to the next event! I always do a boot camp in July, and its usually my last summer one until fall. I am thinking I Need to do it the last week starting on the 29th of July..however I know July is a busy traveling month for some of you, and I have some out for surgery..so for now I need to get feedback to see if we have enough people around to do this boot camp!I have some fun ideas for this camp- but in order to do a full boot camp that week I would need at least 8 people..so as soon as you read this post, please just shoot me a quick text with a yes or a no, and I can decide! This camp would start at 7pm every night. If you have signed up for the 3 week challenge, then you will have already paid for the tue class, and will get a discount in your boot camp fees. As soon as I get a reply from everyone I will make a post if it will be a go or not. If you have any questions, please feel free to talk with me!Whew..that was a lot of info.
