T'is the season to be jolly...right?? So remember that when you are doing your "secret" workouts this season! Christmas is almost here! If I can get you to at least maintain or lose through December, I will be a jolly ol elf!! Here are the points for this week!

Stephanie was the highest at 197 pts(down 5lbs) * couldn't claim weight loss pts this week!
Sybil- 194 pts
Teri- 140 pts
Corinne- 137 pts( down 2 lbs weight)
Melody-118 pts
Ruth- 100 pts
Daryl- 75 pts ( God bless him for begging for extra points, even if it didn't work)
mike- 393 in the hole
Kristen- 659 in the hole
Colette- 674 in the hole ( and still down in weight though)
Bambi- never phoned in pts **( gives them 1000 automatic deficit)
Jason- never phoned in pts **
If you are down in weight and I didnt post it- its only because I am waiting for the "real" weigh in as its officially been a week and can officially be counted now! I see most of you today!

Jaunaury will be our "blast off" where your workouts will take a step "harder" than the one you were given for this challenge!!

My son came to me this morning just sick about having to run a timed mile at school, and he has to beat his time by 30 seconds. They make them run it on a track, and he has to go around 18 times! I told him what I would tell all of you...set yourself up in the most positive way of thinking you can. The body hears what your mind says, so go in with the attitude that you can DO THIS AND YOU CAN BEAT YOUR TIME. Remind yourself that your hal way there at the half way point, and for the last minute sprint it to the end!! You would be amazed at what that last "burst" of energy can do to your time!
