Hey everyone. I have had a few requests for recipes!

Here is one: Fat burning maple pumpkin pie oatmeal

1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
1/4 can pumpkin
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. maple extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. nonfat cottage cheese
stevia if needed
Bake uncovered in dish at 350 degrees for 30 min or until firm to touch! I can't wait to try this recipe! I think I will do mine in muffins!

My oatmeal muffins that I made up myself is:
oatmeal, water, cinnamon, flax...thats it! Mix it together and bake in muffin cups! I can't even tell you correct measurements, as I just pour enough oatmeal in where it looks like it would fill 6 muffin cups, and add 1tbs flax, and couple shakes of cinnamon, and water so that its barely thick.

Sweet Potato chicken chili:
1 can kidney beans rinsed
1 pound sweet potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 oz diced yellow onion
1 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
10 oz or more chicken breast cubed.
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup fresh or frozen corn

Pre cook chicken before adding to pot, and saute onions, garlic cook until everything is nice and soft!

This is a saying that I heard Oprah say..Move with the flow. Don't fight the current. Resist nothing. Let life carry you. Don't try to carry it ! I love that saying!!!!
Can't wait to see how everyone does in testing!!
