I promised to share with you some of my favorite things. I couldn't get my salad dressing to post last week. I did a re take on the pic and have my fingers crossed it will work tonight. My new favorite thing is the UBER BAR made by lara bar. My favorite is the roasted nut roll. It has only 14 grams of carbs and only 7 grams of sugar and is great to keep in your purse or in the car if you need something! Its really satisfying and it tastes delicious. No GMO'S AND NO GLUTEN EITHER! I HAVE INCLUDED THE PIC! TIME TO GO OVER SOME IMPORTANT DATES. (APRIL 20TH)IS TEAM RUN FOR OGDEN HALF. WE ARE DOING 10.5 MILES! WE WILL START TOGETHER AT THE CHURCH CORNER AT 8:20 AM. I AM PLANNING ON DOING A SPRING BOOT CAMP THAT WILL START ON( APRIL 29TH) AND WILL GO EVERY EVE THAT WEEK. I WILL NEED AT LEAST 8-10 PEOPLE- THEREFORE I WILL NEED YOU TO RESPOND TO ME BY APRIL 15TH- SO I CAN MAKE THAT DECISION AND BEGIN TO PLAN. THE PERSON WHO LOSES THE MOST PERCENTAGE OF BF LOSS WILL WIN THE NEXT BOOT CAMP FOR FREE. I WOULD LIKE TO PUSH HARD THAT WEEK AND START MILITARY TESTING ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY MAY THE 6TH!!TRAINING SCHEDULES WILL CHANGE THAT WEEK BASED UPON WHAT GROUP I PUT YOU WITH. I LIKE TO PAIR CERTAIN PEOPLE TOGETHER FOR THE SUPPORT AND PUSH THAT COMES FROM A GROUP SETTING. EVERYONE WILL TEST!!!!!!! EVERYONE!! ****HANNAH IS HAVING A PAMPERED CHEF PARTY AND HAS ASKED ME TO LEAVE A PAMPERED CHEF BOOKLET IN THE GYM FOR ANY OF YOU WHO MAY BE INTERSETED IN BUYING SOMETHING FROM HER.SHE IS TRYING TO EARN ENOUGH POINTS TO GET SOME MUCH NEEDED ITEMS FOR HER KITCHEN. OK HERE ARE MY WEEKLY SHOUT OUTS-- **CORINNE-- LAST BOOT CAMP SHE HIT HER LOWEST WEIGHT AND HAS REALLY WORKED HARD TO STAY THERE.SHE HAS DONE SO WELL! SHE TEXTS ME ALMOST EVERY SINGLE WEEK AFTER HER WORKOUTS AND THANKS ME FOR A GREAT HARD WORKOUT. SHE IS SO GRATEFUL! EVERY TIME I GET HER TEXT IT MAKES ME SMILE. HER GRATITUDE AND HARD WORK HERE IS SO APPRECIATED AND IT IS PAYING OFF FOR HER.*** I HAVE TO THROW DARYL IN THIS WEEK. HE IS AT HIS LOWEST WEIGHT AND HE TAKES EVERY CHALLENGE I GIVE HIM. HE IS VERY MUSCULAR AND IS IN GREAT SHAPE!!**** NICKI--- HER AND I TEXT ALOT, AND I TELL YA I LOVE THIS GIRL! SHE HAS BEEN WORKING REALLY HARD. HER GOAL IS TO GET 4 DAYS A WEEK OF WORKING OUT IN- AND SHE HAS BEEN DOING REALLY WELL. SHE HAS 2 SMALL KIDS AT HOME AND A HUBBY WHO WORKS ALOT AND SHE HAS BEEN REALLY GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO GET THOSE 4 DAYS IN. I'M PROUD OF HER!! YOU GUYS ARE ALL GREAT!! BIG THANKS TO LINDSAY AND MELODY FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BABIES(DOGS) WHILE I WAS AWAY!TERI IS HEADED TO HAWAII AND KRISTEN IS RETURNING FROM PARIS...MAN AREN'T WE JEALOUS?? KEEP WORKING HARD!! START PRACTICING THOSE PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS!!
