BOOT CAMP NEWS********
Come for boot camp weigh ins on Monday July 26th from 6-6:30 am to sign up.Show up anytime during that half hour. Payment is due at this time!! Pay for the whole week or for the days you are planning on attending. 85 for the whole week..70 for 3 days..50 for 2 days. Its a better deal to come for the week. There will be no refunds given to those after payment, if you choose not to come. You will be handed your boot camp folders at this time. You won't get to see schedule until you have picked your days! Boot camp will run every night at 7pm, except for wed at 7:15. Good luck to the Biggest Loser!! They will win a free fall boot camp, and a free goodie bag! See you on Monday morning! Its going to be a fun time!

boot camp is pure HELL this week! and we are only on the 2nd day! what a work out this has been! The Few, The Proud, Annie's Recruits! We rock!
