On Halloween night when Lindsay came over..she said she had no family here but her step dad and me and Jon! I have thought about that so many times since she said that! I could not have been told a nicer thing! So thank you Lindsay for those wonderful words!!
I have quite a few clients who are down on weight already! Alice has lost 5 pounds following the diet in 1 week!!! Brent is down a couple, Nicki has lost a few pounds...it really pays off to clean eat!! If you are not doing as well as you would like...Hit it hard this week! Lets see what you can do!!!
