Good morning all you clean eaters! Here is the decision for points. Those that eat clean the 6 days a week, with only one cheat meal, get their 100 points! Those who mess up get ten points a day on the days they eat perfect. This gives the advantage of points to those who follow this perfect!! Exercise points still stay the same! Don't forget to text your points to me or you get a zero! We don't want that!!
