15 burpees
1 min jump rope
15 tricep push-ups
**repeat 3 times   With a smile on your face, and sweat on your brow!!!!

Me and Brad are doing Insanity and it is killer! Only 30 second breaks! WHEW!!!! This workout kind of reminds me of it!!!
