JULY 4TH- 8 mile run- am Going to a barbecue? come do a early run to earn your potato salad
JULY 16TH- BOOT CAMP WEEK
JULY 24TH- 10 mile run- am
Many of you are looking for something to work towards! What a great time to start!
*Each run will be 10 dollars..and will need to be signed up for ahead of time just like you would a race. This shows your commitment and gives you something to work towards! You must be signed up by monday the 25th! There will be gatorade and water available on the route! Lets celebrate July with our commitment to fitness!
