Don't let restaurant eating de-rail your fitness goals. Don'tbe afraid to modify!!! The staff is there to help you, and as a customer you can ask to change a dish to suit your needs. Dressing on the side? NO PROBLEM. Dry whole wheat bun instead of buttered white? SURE THING! Vegetables steamed? YOU GOT IT!. Egg Whites instead of real eggs? ABSOLUTELY!

Fitness consists of four components; Your bodys' abiliby to use oxygen as a source of energy, which translates into cardiovascular fitness; muscular strength and endurance;
flexibility; and body composition.
