Starting( next week) we will start a new system...this will include weekly weigh ins. As soon as I have it ready I will go over the details of it!

You want a goal this week? Your goal is to do 1000 jump ropes in under 11:30..Can u do it?

ARE YOU READY FOR A FALL BOOT CAMP?? Date will be October 1st -5th...
and now because I said that it will be the worst snow storm Utah has seen in 100 years! lol Lets hope it stays beautiful fall weather and a little cooler in the eves for our workouts! I will post more details soon!
I will also be doing a Halloween Blast fitness class on October the 27th in the am...details for that will post soon as well! Mark your calendars!
Don't forget our annual turkey trot on Thanksgiving morning!!

We are doing a girls night out on Sept 21st....we were thinking dinner at Rainbow Gardens and shop their after, or dinner somewhere fun in the area. Everyone who wants to go is invited.  We can choose a time when we find out who wants to come!

Don't forget most of you have to pass off your goals for testing this week if you have not done so yet!
