I really enjoyed our team run sat. It was cold at the start but once you got going the weather was good! Our next run is April 20th, and we will do 10.5! Here is a recipe my sister made and really loved. I am making it today for our dinner!It is from skinnytaste.com where they have lot of recipes for you. This is called CROCK POT SANTA FE CHICKEN: * 1 1/2 LBS CHICKEN *14.4 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES WITH MILD GREEN CHILIS *15 OZ CAN BLACK BEANS *8 OZ CAN CORN * 1/4 CUP FRESH CILANTRO *14.4 OZ CAN FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH * 3 SCALLIONS CHOPPED * 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER *1 TSP ONION POWDER * 1 TSP CUMIN * 1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER COOK IN CROCK POT DURING THE DAY- AND SERVE UP IN WHOLE WHEAT OR CORN TACO SHELLS!!
