MAY 2014 BRING US ALL MUCH HEALTH AND HAPPINESS! IT'S TIME TO RAISE THE BAR- HERE IS A FUN KETTLEBELL WORK OUT*** (1) one handed kettlebell press with half squat-15 reps each side*** (2) 2 handed kettlebell swings- 20 reps*** (3) 2 handed kettlebell upright rows with wide squats- 20 reps*** (4) kettlebell one arm bench rows- 15 reps each side*** (5)kettlebell bicep curls-15 reps each side*** (6)2 handed kettlebell tricep extensions- 15 reps***(7) push ups 2&2(male,female)=30 ***repeat 3 times and follow with a timed mile run
