Frequently asked questions about 21 day challenge:
1. Can we have spices? yes, as long as they are salt free spices.
2. What drinks can we drink? 3 diet sodas a week, 25 calorie diet hot choc, or g2. Only up to 3 a week.
3.Does cereal count as a whole grain? yes, if it is whole grain cereal, like Kashi.
4.How exactly does this work? Just plan all your meals and snacks based off foods from that list.You get one cheat meal a week. Text in your points every sunday.
5. Can we do balsamic vinegar or squeezed lemon juice on salads? yes, no salad dressings.


Hope everyones Halloween was fabulous!! I had taken lots of cute pictures on Halloween night and only two out of all of them turned out!!ugh! I am not happy about that. It still was fun..even with the rain! Tomorrow marks day 1 on the 21 day challenge!!

Brent Is our biggest loser! Yay! He lost 6 pounds and weighed in a day early! Congrats! Everyone has talked about how nice he is to all at boot camp!
Sybil lost 5 pounds this week!
Mandy lost 4 pounds this week!
Way to go you guys! The next average was 3 pounds for most! Thanks to all who participated and for my loyal supporters!! It always shows me who is commited, who wants to push themselves to a new level, and who is willing to show up and work hard!

Boot Camp has been pretty fun! We have done some real "team building stuff this time! I think that has been fun for everyone. Competitions can make people try to push harder! I did 1 weigh in early today for someone who could not weigh tomorrrow and it was fantastic!! This makes me excited for tomorrows weigh ins. Do not forget to bring your food journals!We will meet at 8:15 tomorrow morning for weigh ins!

Every November and December we do some kind of a challenge to help keep off holiday pounds! I have come up with a 21 day challenge! You don't have to do it, but I will make you sign up for it if your doing it. There is no fee to do it of course, just some will power! I will be handing out the challenge during boot camp!The challenge will start on November 1st. I think it is going to be fun!! I have heard from quite a few of you about boot camp..but I really need RSVPs no later than wed, so I can give you guys your group times! Thanks !!

Congratulations to my client Katie and her family...Baby boy Parker who weighed 7 pounds 2 1/2 oz!

BOOT CAMP INFO...ok this one gets a little tricky. It's starting to get dark early, which can be limiting. So here is what I came up with. This will be a 4 day boot camp.

Boot camp week will go as follows******

Monday Oct 25th** I will do a hard hard training in my gym. It will be in groups of 4 for 45 min. The sessions will schedule all that evening, so for those who need to come later this will work for everyone.

Wed Oct 27th** 6pm boot camp

Thursday 28th**6 pm boot camp

Sat 30th*** 8:30 am boot camp( and final weigh). This one will go longer than a hour!!!

This boot camp will cost 78 dollars and will need to be paid the morning of weigh ins. I will do weigh ins from 6-6:30am on Oct 25th. However, I will need a rsvp by the 20th of Oct.

For those who feel like they would like to get another day in..or really make it a killer week. I will do some appointments on tue evening, or friday morning. I will charge your regular training fee( with a discount of 5 dollars). Each session will last 45 min. You will need to let me know and I will schedule you in. This can be paid with your boot camp or the day of!

Lets see how much fun we can have and how much weight we can get down before the holidays! My biggest loser of boot camp always gets the next boot camp free! And this time I am also throwing in a free training session and a gym goodie!!!!

I will be having a turkey trot on Thanksgiving morning!! I will offer two different lengths. I will do a 4 and a 6.5! This is always fun, and makes that pumpkin pie feel just a little bit better. Our turkey trots are always free!!!! I will post more info on it as we approach the holiday.

I have kinda been a slacker on my vitamin D lately. I know I am low, but for some reason I have fallen off the ol wagon on taking it! Then I got sent a message that said this...Vitamin D(aka the sunshine vitamin) plays a big key role in boosting the immune system and protecting against cancer. Low levels of D are connected to 85,000 cancers a year. If your levels are in normal range it can cut breast and colon cancer by 50 percent. WOW..thats half! So if you have been like me, and are slacking on your vitamin D..get back on track!!!!!! It is so important!

I hope to have military testing finished soon, and posted sometime next week. This has been a great testing so far and I am pleased with all the results!
