FOOD THOUGHT OF THE DAY...DON'T GIVE UP WHAT YOU WANT MOST, FOR WHAT YOU WANT NOW!!
It's so true! You may want it now.. but  remind yourself of the big picture and find something to do to take your mind offf that craving!  Those of you that were up for the challenge, keep working on your January goal!
  I have been asked by the City council to do a talk about fitness and changing your metabolism if any of you would like to come. It will be held on Thursday night at 7pm in thecommunity enrichment room!
