Hey guys! Here's the low down on my "DIRTY THIRTY". It costs 30 dollars (10 dollars per class)and as you can imagine, it has to do with the number 30!It will be held TUE evening at 530- Thursday(Halloween) morning-(with 2 morning time slots to choose from) and sat morning at 630 am. Your normal training schedule will still remain the same! If you are someone who comes on Mon& wed, then you have the opportunity to almost get a boot camp week in! Thursday morning will be the only one that is on a timed schedule- and will not exceed 40 min. The other 2 classes you are in charge of your time- it all depends on how long it takes you to reach the goal! However I call it the dirty thirty because I want you to push. Don't be afraid to get a little sweaty- and learn to love 30!I will have to know by tomorrow if you plan on joining, and pymt will need to be paid separate from training! Will let you all know by text by mon eve if there is not enough people! WAHOOOO- start thinking about making your goals in 30, of 30, and for 30!*****I started training my daughter Hannah 3 weeks ago. She came to me and said she wanted to lose some weight and she wanted some help! Why, I had no idea it was going to be this fun! lol! When she says "YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME" with a roll of her eyes.. it takes me back to that spirited little girl who has now grown into a spirited little lady! I am very proud of her and her commitment! So far she has not missed a session yet! I had her on the punching bag this week~~~ here is her pics s her pic

Coming home on Friday night in the car and my son Cole begins to tell a story... Him and some friends were talking at school and Cole told them" You guys should see my moms muscles..they are even bigger than my dads!"...Jon did not find this funny..but me I'm still laughing!!!!It's the fact that he said it with such pride, that has really kept a smile on my face! Cole actually asked me if he could workout with me this weekend, and was my 7 am training partner on sat! I have really been wanting to do this idea of the "dirty thirty", but with my knees acting up I'm not sure about doing it next week or not! My plan is to see how this week goes, and if its better I will post info on it by this Friday! Teri..thank you for standing in the ring with me everyday this week and being that little "light" to me! Its time to start getting ready for military testing!! Next testing will take place starting the week of November 18th! Thats plenty of time for you to start gearing up!I was asked if we will be doing another Christmas challenge..WHY OF COURSE!!!!This week I dedicate to burpees! xo

Those that got to come to my nutrition class got to see and hear some of the things that I am taking. One of the things we discussed was turmeric.I thought this layout was a good way for you to read some of the benefits for yourself! Quick shout out to AmiFrye- she has already lost 16 pounds since she started training with me! Woohooo Ami!!! Lindsay who is back down to her pre-baby weight!! yeeehah!! Teri- training for her first half and doing very well!!! yippee!!REALLY TO ALL OF US AS A GROUP- for forming great friendships that support and care for each other and share this fun journey. We have a amazing fitness family here! I will say it at least a thousand times!

The nutrition class on sat was pretty fun! It was like a " LIVE WITH ANNIE" cooking show! You can see from my measuring techniques, I'm a pinch of this and a pinch of that cook. I am so glad to hear that you all learned a lot and loved the recipes. I hope that it will help you as you navigate your way to health!
